Born from the Front Desk
HOSPAI wasn't founded by consultants or venture capitalists. It was born in the lobby of a busy hotel in British Columbia, amidst ringing phones, lost key cards, and the chaos of peak season check-ins.
We realized that while the rest of the world was automating, hotels were still running on clipboards and walkie-talkies. We built HOSPAI to be the tool we wished we had: an intelligent partner that handles the noise, so hoteliers can focus on the music.
